1 BED APARTMENT (C2) – BOROVETS GARDENS BOOKING CONDITIONS

These booking conditions represent part of the terms and conditions of any contract between the property owners (herein after defined as ‘Owners’), the guests named and the person signing the booking form. By signing the booking form you accept that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contract. Please read these carefully, they exist for your protection as well as ours.

1. Booking periods are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 3 p.m, departure before 10 a.m. (Please note we are flexible in the booking periods to accommodate airlines but these are the ideal).

2. A 40% deposit is required (100% if within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday) with all bookings before confirmation of your booking can be given. If you have to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to let the apartment again for the same booking period.

2a. A £100 damage deposit is required to be paid in full before being able to use the apartment or this can be paid to our managing agent upon key collection.

3. The balance of the final invoice (the remaining 60% of the rent) is payable in full 6 weeks before your arrival date.

4. Prices include linen, electricity, heating and water, the use of the apartment its contents and grounds. To use the swimming pool, sauna and other facilities such as fitness equipment on-site there is a nominal fee charged by the management company on-site.

5. We do not commit to providing the wi-fi broadband connection within the apartment. It is provided by the management company and can be easily accessed from the foyer, bar, etc and depending upon your device can often be connected to from the apartment.

6. Guests are asked to leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible on departure in order to ensure the continued comfort and high level of service to our next guests. If you have time please strip the dirty linen off the beds before leaving. Guests MUST LEAVE BY 10 am to allow cleaning of the apartment before the next guests.

7. Our apartment in Borovets Gardens is non smoking. Please respect this by not smoking inside the apartment – you may, of course smoke outside on the balcony.

8. No responsibility will be accepted by the owners for claims resulting from accidents or injuries to children or guests of any age in or near the apartment, apartments grounds, or elsewhere.

9. No compensation will be paid where anything occurs beyond the control of the owners (anything unusual, unforeseeable or beyond our control – the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with the exercise of all due care and attention). You are strongly advised to arrange holiday and health insurance.

10. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible, thereby – allowing the complaint to be dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Guests are fully responsible for any damage and/or losses to the owners’ property and belongings and undertake to inform the owners immediately of any such damage, so repairs can be be undertaken before the arrival of the next guests.

11. If the names of guests are different or there are more guests than those declared on the booking form, we reserve the right to terminate, without refund, the booking unless the extra numbers are paid for immediately. No assignment, subletting or changes to the details on the booking form are allowed without express approval and consent of the owners. If you wish to change the numbers of people coming, a new Booking Form must be completed and acknowledged before the new booking is valid. 

12. Please note that if you later wish to change your booking dates, a new Booking Form must be completed and acknowledged before the new booking is valid.

13. We rely on guests to treat “Apartment C2 Borovets Gardens” and its contents with the respect and care they would afford their own property.
